FAQs

  • How much is shipping? FREE standard UK shipping (3-5 working days). For orders outside of the UK, a shipping charge will be applied at the checkout. If you are unsure on whether a customs fee applies, we suggest you get in touch with your local customs office, as these fees will not be covered by TOMIA Swim.


  • Do you sell gift cards? We do! Type ‘gift’ into the search bar or click here.


  • What is your refund policy? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; ie. it is unworn, unwashed, unmarked and has all tags/hygiene labels attached. We cannot accept returns for items with marks from fake tan, makeup or deodorant.
    Returns will be processed within 5 working days and funds will appear shortly after the approval of your item.

  • How do I return an item? To process a return, simply notify us by emailing info@tomiaswim.com. You'll be issued with a returns label. Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
    Once your return has made it back to us, it will be inspected for approval. If the return is approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. If the item does not meet our return requirements above, your return will not be processed.
    Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refunded amount.


  • Wrong size, can I exchange? We’d be happy to support with this. Please reach out to info@tomiaswim.com for more information on next steps.



  • Where is the collection made? Our last manufacturer was in China, however we are moving our production to the UK for our next collection launching in Spring 2023. Sustainability is important to us and the changes we are making will support this.


  • There is an issue with my order? We hope this isn’t this case however if you do have any trouble please email us at info@tomiaswim.com for a response within 24 hours.


  • Do you have an ambassador/refer a friend scheme? We don’t currently but is something we are reviewing for the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about these updates.
